we have purchased the TATA NANAO LXI KA-02 ME-8828
in the month of sep on 29/ 09 from,
Engine No:273MPFI01HZYK2218&&
CH NO: MATG12252AKH15968
COLOUR: CHAMPGN_GOLD
m/s prerana motors (P) ltd. Till date vehicle run about 2900km,
with in the this period we experienced twice brake down on road, approx one month back
1st brake down ie. vehicle stopped and not started.
2nd brake down on 15 th feb night at 8pm in the heavy trafic, it was observed heavy smoke in back side engine position. when it happened on the road all the vehicle surrounding the nano stopped run away leaving their vehicle on road. And shouting/ screaming to come out our vehicle. we also stopped vehicle & come out from the same.
Till date we only heard vehicle caching fire on road but we experienced by this, fortunately we stopped ignition key, with our timely action & stopped a great mishappening/ Fire accident, threatening for life, property etc
While purchasing we assumed and explained by your agents/engineer that whatever fire accident happened are man made for, marketing strategies and there is no technical problem we trusted and proceed for the purchase but we experinced!!!
with this we are really find difficult & afraid to run this vehicle so we request you to plz do the throw inspection before u dispatch
I feel the above is due to sub-slandered material used in vehicle building to make your vehicle less price, Life threatening is so sir&&&&&&&&&&--
What ever is happened till date we can not comment, we request you to take back this vehicle and issue the new trouble free vehicle with all safety, & inspection report as per the universal LMV standard
