This is with reference to my Vehicle HR 51 AJ 8184 Chevorlet Cruze AT which was gone under repair for Code 84 Error of OIL Leakage and Transmission Fuel issue. After GZoing through Mental Trauma for 5 days the car came to me assuring that it has been repaired and there is no issue. I drove the same for 2 days and Left for OUT OF COUNTRY . Yesterday I ran it for 40 Kms and parked.

Today morning when again we started the vehilce it was giving same Code Error 84 which was coming earlier and there was a OIL Leakage also.

I have wasted 6 days of mine on the REPAIR of the same and still the problem persists.

I am doubting the competency of the people handling such a EXPENSIVE CAR.

Need Immed resolution of the same as it is causing me lot of mental torure and my work and time is suffering sue to this.

Subject: Problem in my Chevrolet Cruze HR 51 AJ-8184... Regent Automobiles, Faridabad

I am a Cruze Automatic LTZ-At customer which we have bought in Sept thru Regent Automobiles Faridabad vehicle no. HR51AJ-8184 and it is under Warranty

It has been regularly serviced by Regent Automobiles

There was an error occured on 18th May with CODE 84 and CODE 92 and as per them there was memory error in the Air Filter and memory was refreshed the vehicle was there for 4 hours

On 20th May again in the morning the CODE error 84 came while starting and Oil was leaking below the Engine. Vehicle was again sent to REGENT AUTO, FARIDABAD fro checking

After spending nearly 5 hours it was found that there was ACID LEAK from Battery which has led to damage of the Transmission Fuel Cover. I was tod that it will be replaced and Spare has to be ordered from General Motors India.

On Checking from Spares it was found that the Spare is not there in Delhi NCR and it has to be ordered. I fail to understand how come Company like General Motors not have a spare in Delhi NCR which is the biggest belt for Vehicle Users.

I took the matter to Regent Automobiles General Manager Mr. R.K. Sharma and sought his help as i was told by the advisor that it is going to take 4-5 days fro a Spare to come

I was assured that with some interim arrangement Vehicle will be ready by Sunday 20th May but it was not done

Today on my third visit in 3 days i found out that the Interim arrangement didn't work and they are awaiting Spares form GM India

On founding the root cause on why there was a leakage in the Battery it was found that during the last service 15 days back the Battery Water was TOPPED UP and it was put more than the Specified Norm and Level which led to overflow of Acid from the Battery.

Such a Negligence is not accepted and due to this a HAPPY CUSTOMER is suffering and mad him an UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Due to this negligence I am without my VEHICLE fro last 3 days and if the Version of Regent Automobiles is to be believed it will be another 2 days before Spares comes.

I fail to understand this mental pressure put on customer because of no fault of customer and somebody' Negligence

I have asked for a Car Loan to me since morning but got no response.

I herby request to kinldy intervence and need help asap
