My consumer number is 1083. I have booked the gas 20th August but they are not delivering the cylinder in time. Even today dated 30th August i am still doing follow up for gas but they stupid people over phone every time said daily - tomorrow it will deliver mam.
Their phone numbers 28544965, 28544966, 28547187, all are useless. IOC has to introduce some SMS or e-mail systems with their authorised agency, so that consumers can contact them and maintain an excellant customer support. No one is their who can take these things seriously.
