I called JustDial services on 2nd June to request for reliable packers and movers operating between New Delhi and Mumbai. Following that, I was contacted by several companies. Based on a competitive quotation and a promise of delivery within 4 days, I chose NCR cargo Packers and Movers to transport two items from Tara Apartments, New Delhi to Veera Desai Road, Andheri (west), Mumbai.
On the evening of 2nd June, two men arrived at my place to pick up the items, anda sum of Rs. 5470 was paid to them in advance. They also gave me a signed receipt. The deatils on the receipt are:

Till date I have not recived the items. Despite calling the given numbers multiple times, the phone is not picked up at the other end. The second number is not functional.
With deep disappointment for the loss of my valuable items, I request that NCR Cargo Packers and Movers be blacklisted for fraud and theft and strictest action be taken against them as per the Consumer Protection Act of India.
