Poor braking, Lighting & other minor things - pending since last one yea

Since begning following problems are there which are not resolved till date & i am continously making complaints :

* very poor braking efficiency

* Head Light not perfect.

* Low average

Many times i wrote mails & called their customer care call centre, every time they replied to call me back but till date neither i recieved any call nor any solution for eleminating my complaints.
