Dear Sir,
1. A ticket of two passengers was booked vide PNR no. IRYGTG
2. The flight was cancelled due to bad weather and tickets were rescheduled seperately on another dates.
3. One of the passenger i.e. Mr. Satya Prakash Sharma travelled on rescheduled date of departure.
4. But Mr. Vivek Ranjan's ticket was finally cancelled by the Kingfisher Airline with full refund.
5. An amount of Rs. 3194 was to be refunded but only Rs. 2438/- has been received in credit card account from which ticket was booked.
6. Rs. 756/- is still pending on your part.
A number of telephonic requests have already been made regarding this refund of money but its a matter of greate disappointment that no action was taken from any of your personnel.
I anticipate a quick response now.
