Respected sir / mam I had given my car for service and repairs at Maruti's Authorised Service Station named "STANDARD AUTO AGENCIES" located at jabalpur near jabalpur hospital russel chowk [mp]and i have purchase from autherised dealer only. for RS-5250/-[2 remote] AND the cd player of mgm first they cut the new cables to connect the cd player and the central locking system i have said why u are cutting the cables the fitteng person give no reply i think they are road side mechanic not the engenior .from the first day giving problem .and by cutting the cable the new problem create that the car turnof automatically to petrol and gas.when i complain 2nd to"STANDARD AUTO AGENCIES" they said to bring the car to service center when i ask this probem and say that the fitting person has cut some orignal cable the service manager[MR PAREHAR ]said that this both are original system they dont need to ut the cable.next day they dont found the faultalso and remove both the system cd player and the central locking completely and ask me to come after two days .when i go to take the car they ask me that there is a small fault of cuppler loose but opening the full system there come some scretch also the service manager are ill litrate u think that what kind of labor they keep.from same day they problem o central locking is came.
I am terribly disappointed with the service that was provided as 30% of the work that I had requested was not done and I got lame excuses for the same. Extra work was completed which I did not request and I was expected to pay for the same.
It is alarming to note how Maruti authorises their service centers when they are incapable of handling the responsibility. I, for one, am very disappinted and dis-illusioned with the response I got and am also very sure that the next car I buy shall not be a Maruti Suzuki/and the parts is also not purchase of nippon company.
