Faulty airbag and horrendous service

Sub: FAULTY AIRBAG SENSOR

Car number: TN 02 AQ 9677

On Friday the evening of 24th april while taking a turn, the front bumper had a minor impact with the median, which triggered the airbag sensor. Normally the airbag sensor is triggered only when there is an impact which is severe and would harm the passengers of the car. The car was left for the repair of the damages at SHERIFF NISSAN on 25th april, It has been more than a month and I have not got my car back. I have been spending on transport on an average Rs.700/- per day. I was promised delivery after lot of follow ups on 16/05, when I had been there to collect the vehicle I was informed that there was a sensor malfunction and they are looking into it.

Malfunctioning of the sensor is a manufacturing defect which has to be replaced under warranty. If I do not get the car within a couple of days from now with the reimbursement of my travel cost, I will be forced to take legal course, for negligence in service, faulty equipment and mental agony/stress.

Please show sauce why I should not proceed against you in the court of law.

I am forced to send you this mail due to inefficient service and response from your dealer.
