Regarding very poor customer support and bad quality

The worst ever experience with the car i.e Nissan Micra. I will suggest everyone that really one should not think also of buying Nissan Micra. When I bought new Nissan Micra and went with family for holiday to my village after 20-25 days of purchase of Micra, it got break down in between traveling. When I called there customer care road assist have sent the mechanic after 2 hours he told me that this can not be done here you should tow your vehicle to nearest dealer. Then there towing van came after 4 hours and took my car to nearest workshop which is in Pune 70km from the place where I was. Then it took 4 days to cover that problem that kind of service Nissan people give. I was stuck in between the daily charge was 3-5 thousand Nd this foolish people was saying we are waiting for approval from Nissan. A reL bullshit company they will never get succeed in the Indian Market if such kind of service they will provide to customers.

Also I think may Nissan don't want to target Indian market still they are wasting money and time of Indian people.

We need better quality cars not only the better ads and commitments.
