After a small accidental damage i send my three month old purchased activa sooter for accidental insaurance claim and damage repair to your authorised sales and service centre m/s modern motors kota (rajasthan), as vehicle ins-

urance was also done by that dealer, on 0811.

Even after passing so long time of six days they didnot deliver my scooter back after repair (13-110) Your stockist/person working there are not at all responding on land line telephone/mobile number provided by them.

In morning for servicing honda vehicle only one supervisor remain available for service booking and it takes very long time (1-1.5 hrs) to register your vehicle for servicing. service quality is also very poor quality as very is much more than servicing persons.

they also close doors of service centre between 1-2pm.so nobody with vehicle can go out/in

in that time.

I also suggest you to open 3-4 only service centre in each big cities to combat this problem, as demand of honda vehicle is going to increase tremendously
