Companys demand for more 854 cash payment

Dear sir our activa was been booked at date 1 november the company had promised to deliver the activa after 90 to 120 days the balance payment was paid on 9 feburary 2010 but for delivery they had called on 16 march and is asking for more 854 rupees so what should we do please inform us at 9833722313 mrs deepak thakka
