Getting second passport through fraud

His name is supramaniam s/o mahatevan .his native place kulathur, puthukottai district .he is having fraud passport and file No. f8289665k. he deceived and got another passport without disclosing the above passport. he using others passport for travelling.he arrive at chennai may be this month or next month. he came to tamilnadu at jan 21st from singapore. so please kindly take action above him
