TDR File on 17, Feb refund not received

Sir,

This is in reference to the TDR file on 17th feb.

the TDR Ref No.are ekt 2010021701062031 & ekt 2010021701062032

the refund sought for PNR NOs-6235096790 & 6334866595 vide the refered TDR is still awaited.

even after the period of three and half months the refund has not been made which is very deplorable and disappointing considering the modern on line facilities available.

the delay shows the lethargic attitude of railways towards its customers

i once again request you to speed up the matter, failing which i will have no other option but to approach the relevant court of law i.e.consumer court.

hopefully the matter is resolved at the earliest.
