I would like to mention that it is the worst service in the world they are providing, these people are the most careless/irresponsible and worth abusing and punishing sevearly. Even after complaining about these people repetedly no one taking any action so their behaviour is like KING instead of COSTEMER IS KING, they are giving non-sence answer if at all they pick up the phone but surprisingly they never pick the phone. After delivering first cylinder they take booking after 15 days only and after that delivery time is 20-25 days only!! when its actually 24 hours. Why? because they are selling gas in black to hoteliers!
My consumer no. is 617890. My cylinder is finished on saturday and till now monday afternoon they are not picking the phone. I hv booked my gas 3 weeks back so far delivery is not there. I am force to eat in the hotel. Hope you will take some action to terminate his dealership and teach him lesson to rescue us.
