I want to file the complaint against Om Sai international Packers and Movers of Pune

I had shifted from pune to Bangalore on 11 Oct, 09 and handed over my goods to them to deliver to Bangalore at the provided address.

I am struggling from that time to get my goods.

Initially they gave many excuses:

1. The goods are delivered at wrong address

2. They are not able to contact the truck driver

3. They asked for some time and many more

Then after 1.5 months they could deliver me half of the stuff saying that by mistake it could not be loaded and will be delivered soon.

Then my father started chasing for rest of my items then again he gave exactly the same excuses.

And now the situation is he is not picking our phone it’s more than 4 months.

I am seriously harassed by their team and goods which are with them are valuing around 10000.
