I am the business partner of ONE STOP SHOP MY BP CODE -BP00052328, The Co has taken Rs 10000/- for railway licence but till date Co. had not given me the IRCTC licence, user id, password for www.irctc.co.in And also deducting Rs 100 for the maintainance charge without any prior information on asking they are not replying positively.
