Re: Your Invoice No. - 1006111 of 28/09/10. Day- light open loot by your workshop people on the

basis of false promise & misrepresentation.

Dear Sir,

We’re Honda car customer for last more than 10 years. We have Honda City & Honda CRV & were getting satisfactory services from Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi & never faced any problem.

Recently, we got a sms that some special mega service camp is done on 27th to 29th Sep & 10% discount on parts & 10% discount on labour & various offers like free check-up, interior cleaning, polishing & antirust treatments etc. Only on the inducement by courtesy Honda, we sent our CRV No. DL- 4CAH-3789 for servicing. The man on job informed that we’re entitle for 10% discount on parts & 10% on labour. He also confirmed that approx. cost of parts shall be 7000/&-amp; servicing charges shall be Rs - Meanwhile our driver asked him to replace the wiper blades also. He gave the estimate of Rs. 900/-.

We were really shocked when we receive the bill for Rs 11667/- in total with following discrepancies:

1. Total parts for Rs 8324.42 had been charged but no discount was given.

When we asked on phone, we were told by your manager Mr. Rakesh that there is no discount on Mobil oil & rubber parts. It was highly shocking to us, why the same was not informed to us in the morning at the time of accepting the vehicle or clarified in the SMS. Does it not amount to cheating for wrongful inducement to a customer.

2. When we asked them that in the morning we were told that total labour shall be Rs Rs -, while now the same has been charged as 3695.05/-.

We were told that it include labour for change of oil filter, fuel filter or plug etc. It was really funny & beyond imagination. What does service mean? Is it only cleaning or putting fountain? We’ve 35 years experience & know service means complete lubrication, greasing, check-up of filters or change if required. But your company charged Rs 1450/-in excess for all these things.

In view of above, you’re sincerely requested to stop this daylight loot with the innocent customers & immediately refund Rs 1450/-excess of labour charges & 10% discount on parts of Rs 8324/-else I shall be forced to approach the “Consumer Protection Cell” to stop your totally illegal activities & to make good my damages with penalty for undue harassment & wastage of my time.
