Black Marketing of domestic Gas Cylenders

Respected Sir,

I am a holder of gas connection from ONGC and the dealer of the gas agency is black mailing the gas cyllenders and not suppling the gas to the customers well in time. Moreover the behavior of the staff posted there is rude and not caring. They are not booking of the same as per the orders of the company.

Sir, today i gone to refilling my cyllender the staff member who was on the duty at that time told me that I will refill your cyllender after your lodging the complaint against them.

It is therefore request you kindly investigate the facts I mentioned above a suitable action please be taken and instruct the Agency Holder.
