I have sent a consignment (document only) from Bangalore to Indore via AFL Wiz Express on 14th January. The shipment number is 114623805575. This consignment was addressed to IIM, Indore. Till 20th January the consignment has not been delivered. The tracking system in the AFL website was also not updated. I have made multiple calls to thier customer service centers in Bangalore, Mumbai and Indore and I did not get a proper response until 20/01 evening around 6 PM. Every one was putting the blame on the other location and looping me all around.
This is an application for my higher studies and had a deadline of 20th Jan
for submission.
Such is the pathetic service provided by one of the companies claiming to be one of the top logistics provider in India.
