This is Sumit Chopada. I wanted to shift from bangalore in September fitst week to Pune due to some family reasons. So, I went on movers and packers website for quotation on household shifting. I finalised Agarwal Packworld out of three quotations. People from Agarwal came on 8th September for loading my luggage. After completion of loading, I gave them Rs. 8500/- advance. I took the photographs of my luggage and those people as well with their vehicle. My luggage was supposed to rech Pune by 12th Of Sept and today is 16th Sept. and I did not receive anything yet. I am trying to call the people from Agarwal since 11th Sept.; but no one is receiving the call. The concerned persons are:

I am totally sure that this Agarwal Packworld is fraud as none of the above member is picking-up the call. And they have not even provided insurance copy to me by email which they prominsed on 8th Sept.
Please do not go with this Agarwal Packworld again in future and all these people must be behind the bars.
