Dear Sir/Mam,
I am a Business Partner of One Stop Shop. I became their Business Partner on 05SEP2011 when the representative from
their Authorized Channel Partner has informed me as i will get OSS Kit with E-token and Certificate from IRCTC
within 15 days for which he charged me RS 10000/- . But till date no e-token or certificate from IRCTC is issued to
my agency. When I write to oss on mail they replied me that IRCTC had stopped the registration of rail user name &
passward from Feb. When I told them to refund the amount If they cant provide the certificate and e-token, they
mailed me that amount of Rs.10000/- is non-refundable so they can't refund that amount.
