Non availability of bedding in AC coaches

My relative is travelling from Mughalsarai to Bangalore on 19th January. As we have booked the ticket in AC-3 coach, we should get bed, blanketand other facilities on time. But the situation is so depressing for the passanger when he/she is told that all the bedding are over. Don't the attendents carry reservation list and arrange for the bedding accordingly? We dont carry bedding while travelling in AC coach, but in response we get a reply that they cant provide the amenities, for which we have been charged. Cant they arrange it from the next stations? Please do something for this proble.
