i m shivangi garg. i had hired "SHREEJI PACKERS & MOVRES" of chandigarh.
the agreement was for the transfer of household items from jammu to nagpur.
the person incharge was AJAY MAHESHWARI.
it was for full truck load and moreover that it was an insurance for 1 lac.
1.the goods were sent in part load.
2. instead of 7days delivery the goods were transferred in 15 days.
3. there was lot of breakage which still now they have not made any settlement
