Connection transfer problem

I'm a LPG consumer with M/S Palam Gas Service, Palampur. Customer no is P-21892. Now I want to transfer my conection from Palampur to Daroh. Umesh Gas Agency Daroh is nearer than Palampur. He is not able to deliver gas cylinders at my home. He says take delivery form main road that is away from 500 meter from my home.
