On 21 jan i called the railway enquiry of new delhi railway station at around 4:30PM. FIRST THE PHONE WENT ON RINGING THEN SOMEBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND DIDNT ANSWER FOR THE NEXT 10 MINS. I COULD CLEARLY HEAR THE VOICES TALKING AMONG THEMSELVES ON THE OTHER SIDE.i am going today by the sealdah rajdhani exp. its 8 hrs late. i understsnd that the late is due to weather conditions. but not answering to the call had nothing to do with weather. if the new delhi railway station cannot maintain the enquiry phone why not remove it totally. AT LEAST WE PASSENGERS WILL BE SAVED OF THE HARRASSMENT OF CALLING FOR HOURS AND NOT GETTING A REPLY.
