Hello sir,

i booked an onlonline ticket for Naseem Khan from Madurai to Bangalore on 14/07 and pnr no is J24537878 but the bus was canceled due to some reason. but i still not received my money Rs. 636 back. i have called on customer care also : 77609 90562, 080-22870099, 080-22873377.And they are giving me some foolish excuses. PLZ HELP ME
