Misbehave by staff and not giving gas riffil

Sir,

I have booked my reffil on 1 November in Parul Gas Service, Shop No. 3-4, Main Road, Hardev Nagar, Jharoda, Burari, Delhi-110084, My consumer ID no is 34472, but still the reffil is not reach at my house, when ask to parul gas service, they told me that they have already supply my reffile, i cant understand that without reciving the reffile sylender how they entry that. when ask there at booking counter there was a person Mr. Kreshan, his behaviour was very ruad with me.when i asked to the area supplier, the area supplier aslo was not suposed to talk with me.

when I said them to file a complaint in indane head office but there is no effect on them...

sir please help me .. I will be very thankfull to you..
