Delivery confirmaion

Dear Sir,

We have Indane gas connection no. : P1410 at Passi Gas service, Meerut (UP), we have booked our routine gas cylinder on 10/10 but till today we haven't got the delivery of the same & when we ask to the dealer for the same, he says talk after 3 -4 days, whats this?

when our booking is due then why we are not getting our gas cylinder & tell us how should we make our food & etc...
