Sub:-Complaint against operator at HP Petroleum near Mezza 9, Hinjewadi, Pune.
This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol by attendent at HP Petroleum near Mezza 9, Hinjewadi, Pune. Today 12th Oct morning around 9:15 am, I had asked the operator to fill Rs. 1000/- of petrol in my car and I asked to see the initial zero reading. In the mean time there was a bike going from left side of vehicle as there was less space I said I will move my vehicle and they didn't let me do that (i was at driver seat i had just to start the car and move). One attendent said there is space and bike will move, I came out asking them to stop as the HP attendent and the bike owner dragged the bike touching my vehicle. During this time the other attendent started filling the petrol without me seeing the zero reading when I turned to see the reading it was already 4.7 litres. I mentioned how come its this reading the attendents turned deaf ear to me.
I had some fuel in my car over the reserve range before, and after filling Rs 1000 (18.41) petrol its still less than half mark. I own a Wagan-R Lxi model. It clearly shows less petrol being filled in my car (about 4- 4.5 litres).
If needed I can recognize the two attendents whom I have mentioned.
Please treat this as an official complaint and take appropriate action.
