Dear Sir,
despite several reminders the company has failed to provide us the PNG connection even after 11 months of depositing the requisit money.
I have filed complaint on the 24 hours help line several times but not of any use.
Please do let me know when we could have our conection.
Or I will have to contempolate some other means to reddress my grevances.
