I am a Maruti Customer (ID: I103793672). I purchased my DZire VDI (Chasis No: 288161, Reg No: KL 23 C 6961) from Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd, H & C Compound, Mundakkal West P O, Kollam – 691006. Periodical services were done at the same centre.
Our car met with an accident and the rear bumper was damaged. 50 % of the insurance claim was from ICICI Lombard and the remaining 50% of the cash (Bill No: CR 9639, dated 23/12, Bill Amount: Rs.2600) was paid by me, and the bumper was replaced. Afterwards I noticed a bent in the replaced bumper and informed at the service centre. They had agreed to replace the bumper, but they releveled and repainted it. When I requested them for replacement for the second time, they repeated the same. Now they are telling that there is no provision for replacing the bumper.
From an authorized service centre of Maruti, this is not the customer care that is expected.
I expect a favorable response from the authority.
