For the last six years, I am having dealings with the above referred to authorised service centre, and on many occasions, I had profusely complimented them for their professional way of dealing with customers. Their pleasant and very responsive attitude towards all the customers, used to surprise me. But now I am forced to say, with great hesitation, that all the aforesaid features have vanished once and for all. I am surprised by the behaviour, attitude, response, commitment of the staff dealing with the customers, Now I felt as if I am dealing with the typical Government employees. The response of the staff concerned was highly irritating and irresponsible. I felt greatly insulted, that is why I wanted to bring this to your notice with bonafide intentions only. I will only be very happy if they change their attitudes positively towards the customers. My vehicle NO.is KL-01 AN 9398 and it is in my wife's name Mrs. S.Ushakumari. As per the frequent request from the Service centre only, I submitted my vehicle for regular service (Express) on 18/02 after due appointment. While inspecting the vehicle, there was some minor damage to the left side of the front portion. As per the suggestion of the supervisor I agreed to avail the insurance claim of the Reliance Insurance company for repairing the same. Till today, (24/02), I did not get any information from them about the plight of my vehicle. I had made, several calls and personal visits, but every time some new persons gave vague and irresponsible replies. They do not know when they will deliver my vehicle, even after a week. The repair to the body is a very minor one, as it is not an accident case and ordinary workshops will only take at the most two days. I am not much worried about the delivery of the vehicle, I am only surprised and shocked to see the poor response and the negative attitude of the staff, which appeared quite unusual. My intention of writing this affair, is only with a desire to see the service centre in its past glory, thank you.
