Nondelivery of vehicle and customer harassment

I booked a Maruti SWIFT VDI (with ABS) with Popular vehicles & Services LTD, Velachery, Chennai.

The booking was done on Jan 1. The Login No (that I managed to get for my booking) is I105456391.

I was promised of the car delivery in 60 days and the worst case they promised was 90 days.

Now already 90 days are over. They are asking me to wait for another 1 month. They are not sure if the car will be available even after this one month. They behave as if I am being given the car for free.

The sales person who handled me dealt me in the most abusive manner. When i informed that i will think about cancelling the booking, the sales person just didnot bother. He was least bothered about the customer at this juncture. And here in India we say "Customer is God". This dealer treats customer like trash.

Please do the needful.
