I have bought a new car swift desire vdi from popular wheelers pvt ltd ashram road on April. just about 10 days ago i met with an accident and my rear bumper got damaged. then i rang up popular wheelers isanpur workshop and they gave me the number of MR. DHAVAL (M-9979880022). I gave him my car since last ten days he told me that its 3 days work and upto 9000Rs. would be the cost i said ok fine do it and inform me when its ready. but now its been ten days he is not picking up the phone neither he is replying to my message. Moreover its been 5 months i purchased new car reg no GJ1 KH 6840 . I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RC BOOK FROM RTO WHEN I TOLD POPULAR REPRESENTATIVE HE TOLD ME THAT U HAVE TO GO TO THE RTO AND COLLECT IT FROM THERE I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS KIND OF ANSWER FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE .
