Ordered castle luggage for motorcycle trip 2 weeks before leaving - had to call when didn't get merchandise after 1 week - told me their shipment was delayed but promised me I would have it on time - well it didn't arrive & had to buy something else for trip - when got back 10 days later still no merchandise - been trying to call & email looking for answers but no one will acknowledge their screw up and in the meantime my credit card was charged full price including extra shipping - bad company manners, no customer service respect - REALLY upset at this & it could have easily been resolved if they would just communicate with their customers.
