I have book tickets on 22/09

my booking reference (PNR): MNGSWY

Last Name BAIRWA

Guest Details 1. MR DEEP BAIRWA

2. MRS LALI BAIRWA

from Dehli to Srinagar on 21/10 Flight No. IT352

and Srinagar to Dehli on 26/10 Flight No. IT646

whereas i will start my journey on 19/10 from Jabalpur to Delhi

i have talks twice on customer care no. 18002009000 they told me our flights will start from 12/10 firstly on 6/10.

And i talk today date 12/10 on 18002009000 no. they told me flights will start from 20/10

in this suspense how can start my journey. if i reach at Delhi and flight will canceled you will refund me full

but i will loss Rs.3826/- of train fare and if i cancelled your flight and train I will loss 3400 320=3720/- cancellation charges

so from both sides i will be in loss. So i am requesting you to cancelled my tickets immediately and full refund me amount Rs.33368/-
