Fuel stations
Complaint on Gas Stations

Go Gas station — Bomanahalli, Near Coupon mall, Bangalore

In bangalore many of the fuel stations does forgery. If you need to fuel the car with petrol, in few stations the meter reading amount will be Rs.100 or Rs.150 while they start fueling yours. There will be some worker in the station to just give you some talk for distractions while the meter starts. They doesnt reset the count and the reading starts from Rs100 or Rs150 if you need to fuel for 300 or 500. This is done intentionally to make you fool and they earn by making such frauds.

To avoid that we should just ask them to show the ZERO reading before they start fueling the vehicle. Believed that this is the right approach and I was been fueling my vehicle all the time. Since my car is with Petrol and Gas compatible I used to fuel with gas at Go Gas station, Bomanahalli, Near Coupon Mall, Bangalore. My car will give mileage of about 9 to 10km/L in city and almost 13kms/L at highways. Couple of months back I do get the same mileage and I was satisfied with that. Recently I have noticed that I get near to 6.8 to 7.0/L in cities. Believed this might be problem with my car and I need to fine tune my mileage. Just to have a check with other stations last week I fueled at Gas station near St. John Hospital, bangalore, Opp to Church near Forum. Now I noticed the mileage i get is 9.2km/L.

Really I was astonished that how the ppl do such forgery at the fuel stations very cunningly.

I wanted to highlight this post to concern government department to inspect such fuel stations and fine them heavily or cancel their licenses. There should be some surprise check from officials on not only for fuel stations but also for grocery items (for adultrations) as well. I also need this post to reach as many as people and need some proper actions on the same.
