Pathetic Service at Service Station

I am one of the satisfied user of Scorpio and my vehicle number is MP04- CA 4140

I had shifted to Chennai last year and given my vehicle for service twice at your MPL Services OMR Road,

My experience after these two services was pathetic.

I am a person who keep my CAR always in 100% maintained condition and have been serviced at Bhopal (MP), Bhubneshwar (Orissa) and Guragon (NCR) but never been so disappointed.

The front officers what so called "Relationship Executives" are not trained enough to identify the complaint and your service managers are finding them more occupied rather than meeting customers. These executives had so casual approach while doing a test drive - don't even try to understand the problem and half of the time (during test drive) talking over cell phone.

My last two incidences were where the Relation ship executives had not understood the problem well and fail to get the things rectified to my satisfaction.

During these last two services, I have been charged for around Rs 40, 000.

Today when I called at service station to know when was the last service done, I am shocked to know that they don't have me in their records.

Reason for checking your record is because the last time, no entry was made in my service book. Last it was entered dated 31/08.

I do not know where to go as its clear that I will surely not interested to waste my money at MPL Services - OMR Road.

Request you to pls. guide me to reach some one else for service or else I will be forced to change my vehicle.
