TDR not refunded

I planned to travel from Mumbai to Jodhpur on 9th Nov. I got confirmed ticket but due to some reasons I traveled on other ticket.

As I didn't travel on that ticket, I filed TDR as I didn't get time to cancel that ticket.

IRCTC has rejected my TDR request saying "As per chart, passenger has travelled'.
