Very slow

The above portal is india's top needed website and this is belongs to most profitable Indian govt. company INDIAN RAILWAY but the very sad thing is it's worst site which you have ever visited. Suppose you want to book a ticket through irctc you should have sufficient patience, to book a ticket you need 30 minute to 1 hour Multiple time page expire Connection Error 2-3 time money get debited from your account (of course they refund the amount later but think if some one have not enough amount in his/her account then?). Of course india will shine one day but not with the speed of irctc.
