Dear sir, i have the same problem of getting gas cylinder am from kottayam dist. erumely my consumer no. is SF20551 (pradeepkumar, rohini, kanakappalam) i have been booked my cylinder on 29-9-12 still now i didn't get the same from the gas agency SASTHA FLAMES ERUMELY, please take necessary action.
