Dear Concern,
I had the crossroads membership for 2 years and both the years have had awful experiences.
After the 1st year subscription when they called to renew, I told them about the bad experience and they promised that it was just a one off incident.
But it has happened 3 times now. Every time they take 2 hours to reach and keep saying that someone will reach in 10 minutes.
First they said that there is traffic jam (at 10 pm!!!) then they said that the mechanics car has broken down and finally after 1 hour 55 minutes they said that they had too many calls to attend so will take some more time.
I have logged a request on 24/12 to provide helpline for my CAR. But service not provided to me by your executives.

After my last call at 12.13 am still they asked for 45 minutes more to provide the helpline at my home.
Later i called Maruti Helpline.
Kindly suggest.
