E-Ticket Cancellation Problem-Fraud

Dear Sir,

I had booked a flight IC 936 from hyderabad to chennai on 5-Jun. For personal reasons i cannot reach the airport. Hence i requested an official at customer care Name-Zakir (number :1800 180 1407) to cancel my ticket on 05-Jun around 8:10 AM. I was happy that i could at least cancel the ticket at that time.

Later when i contacted the same number i was informed that i have to contact the Air India office at chennai.

I also sent a mail to [email protected] for canceling my ticket 11-Jun and 14-Jun.

I tried to contact every possible Air-india person to get my ticket canceled for 7 days. After a lot tiresome replies i went to Air-India office at Egmore-Chennai.

In a highly irresponsible manner, i was informed (By Air-India Chennai Office Person for Domestic Flights Name-Priya) that since my PNR was expired in their computer they cannot do anything with the ticket. But i got the information that my ticket is still open. They informed me to send a mail to [email protected] to cancel my ticket.

I have mailed several times to the E-Mail id. Til now i did not receive even a single response.

My PNR number is RE5M7C.

Please tell me a way to get my money back. Please contact me at [email protected].
