Refund of e-ticket not received

This is in reference to my flight booking Nagpur- London (Via Delhi) ref no: H7PT5 . I was supposed to fly on Mon, 16th May, morning and I received a phone call on 14th May, Saturday from the Air-India stating that the flight from Nagpur to Delhi has been cancelled and I have to make my own arrangements. Although I asked for help with alternate options I was asked to find my own way. I could not find any other flights from Nag-Del at a suitable time at such a last moment. Hence, I had to make my own arrangements for flying to London through an alternate Airline, via Mumbai which costed me a great sum of money.

I had spoken to every single person I could get access to from Air India to get me ticket cancelled (cancellation being initiated by air India) and get the refund of ticket amount. However till date I have not received that money. I had called up the customer care, who redirected me to the city office, who has again redirected me to e-commerce since this was a web-booking. I wrote an e-mail to e-commerce the same day (14th May, before my travel date), from where I didn't even get a reply. I have been following up with air India since 3 months now for my own money and there's absolutely no response.

I am extremely disappointed by the non-courteous behaviour and poor customer service provided by the air-line. The kind of inconvenience and harrassment that I have faced during the process can not be explained in words and I wonder how could they still go on promoting their flights and offers internationally when they can not respond and resolve a simple refund issue. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating and a reputed airlines is not expected to be doing so. I need my money back and for that I will not hesitate even to file a court case in consumer forum against the airline.
