Air India Express
NO Refund

I booked tickets with AIR INDIA EXPRESS to fly from Lucknow to Delhi by flight IX 194 PNR- IX03013221 (Eticket no- IX07787787) for 25 March and IX102D from Delhi to Mumbai PNR- IX03013193 (Eticket no- IX07787746) for same date.

Unfortunately both the flights got canceled and as told by athourities at Lucknow that i am elgible for refund of whole amount but they could not provide me with a substitutution, they also confirmed that the refund could be taken from any of the Air India counters. I came back to Pune where i am currently located and tried for the refund from Pune Airport in responce they assured this could only be facilitated from Bombay airport. After nearly a month i got a chance to visit Bombay and gave a visit to Bombay Domestic airport from where the Air India athourities asked me to go to International Airport with a hope of refund i gave my visit to Bombay International Airport but to my utter surprise they said "i booked the tickets using my credit card so refund would be done in that mode only".

Since then I am wating for the refund. Well i had mailed to all the email ids i could find on http://www.airindiaexpress.in/airindiaexpress/home.asp (as also shown in the mail trail) and called various numbers they had given but without any responce.
