Dear sir,

i was delayed on my ticket booked with u on 18/04 from delhi to amritsar. pnr no. so i cancelled that ticket from wher i booked i.e ARZOO.COM. but they are saying that ticket is showig status BOARDING.which should be NO SHOW.

so pls change that status and refund me the apllicable amount as quick as possible.
