DAMAGE TO BAGGAGE

I AM V, N, ASHOK, SENIOR ENGINEER IN ISRO. MYSELF WITH FAMILY WERE TRAVELLING TO AHMADABAD ON 21-11, BY IC981.ONE OF MY MAIN BAGGAGE HANDLE WAS DAMAGED.I COULD NOT MAKE ANY COMPLAINTS DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS. WE RETURNED TO CHENNAI ON 26-11, BY IC 982.WHEEL ASSEMBLY OFMY ANOTHER BAGGAGE WAS TOTALLY NOT AVAILABLE WITH THE BAGGAGE. IHAVE REPORTED THIS TO CONCERNED AND OBTAINED REPORTS. I COULD NOT REPAIR/CONTACT AS INSTRUCTED, SINCE I HAVE TO TRAVEL TO NAGERCOIL ON NEXT DAY, WHICH WAS A HOLIDAY AND HAVE ENGAGED WITH PRE APPOINTMENTS. DUE TO ABOVE DAMAGE WE WERE TOTALLY UPSET WHICH WAS CREATING DIFFICULTIES IN OUR FURTHER JOURNEY.HENCE I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THE DAMAGE AND MENTAL AGONY.TICKET NO0581737813248, TAG NO 862381
