Non receving of phone &non delivery of gas

Dear sir,

i am using h.p. gas connection for last 6 years approx. i m trying to call in anurg gas agency bhandaribagh (agency of h.p. gas) since 1 month. but any body not receving my call. and i have to face many problem because i have not gas yet.and your agency honour is not giving any positive response regarding gas booking or supply.how could i book my gas. when anybody will not pick the call. sir regarding this i need your help to book my gas or supply pls provide me another number for book my gas.

i request you to pls take necessary action regarding my conmplaint. i shall highly oblidge to u.
