I have a indane gas connection and had applied for an extra cylinder the allotment letter was dispatched on 18-03, details as Consumer No. 20118 and DBC (SL69A) Reg No. 121175440002879. It reads as present the letter and take your cylinder but I am trying from 3months to take the delivery from M/s Madhu Agencies, Shanthinagar, bangalore, but they deny saying Non-Released status of gas cylinder.
I don't know what to do. At head office they do not answer.
