I am a customer of Raj Kiran Indane Gas Service, agra road, near Bijali Ghar, Aligarh01 having the customer ID R-07522. the agency delivered a filled gas cylinder at my home on 12/12/07 Bill no is 20208. The Waight of cylinder was 26 kg which is 5 kg less than actual waight. i made complaint on same day to agencies office. but still i am waiting for their response. please let me know for future inconvience what should i do.
